Software Engineering professionals work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications for Accenture or our clients.

Job Description

Java Technology Platform professionals develop application using Java technology. The Java technology platform is a computing environment that allows for developing and executing applications for small and mobile devices (consumer and embedded systems), PC desktops and medium to large businesses.

Java and JVM Languages provide experience and skills using Java and other JVM programming languages to develop and deploy applications. Demonstrate experience with core language features and the Java SE core libraries.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

Analyzes and solves problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation.
Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
Likely have some interactions with non-management levels at the client and/or within Accenture.
Receives minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.

Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team.

Basic Qualifications

2 years Experience in Java Technology Platform/Java Standard Edition

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill

Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
