You'll work with your high-powered teammates to steer the creation of amazing products that are efficient, intuitive, beautiful, and responsive. You should be passionate about an agile scrum approach and the ability to drive delivery.
You'll own and direct the product backlog for development teams who are creating a technical platform used to deliver global HCM solutions to our clients across the world.

Responsibilities:
  • Owning the 'Product Backlog' (including grooming, prioritization and refinement) for our development platform
  • Defining the requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritizing the backlog in alignment and collaboratively with other product owners, stakeholders and being able to balance the business needs with technical requirements
  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product
  • Participating actively in all scrum ceremonies
  • Serving as the client facing contact for the product as well as subject matter expert
  • Collaborating with globally distributed teams
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Masters / Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related field (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software and enterprise solutions in a product owner role
  • Minimum of 3+ years with Agile as software development methodology
  • Minimum of 3+ years as a software developer
  • Awareness of principles of software architecture

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas
  • Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary
  • Strong collaborator, team player as well as an individual contributor
  • Self-starter able to work well in new and undefined environments and can take direction and execute it effectively with a "can do" attitude
  • Continuing education in new technologies, communications, etc. is desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive professional attitude
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Thorough knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and Web Standards
  • Ideally, experience with a NoSQL database, preferably MongoDB
  • Experience with at least one major server side web development stack, preferably ASP.NET MVC or JSF
  • Technical knowledge of the least one major RDBMS, preferably SQL Server
